[BRLTTY] Narrator, libusb and BRLTTY

People who use Narrator with braille, here's a warning:

I recently tested an Alva BC640 with Narrator. It worked, but: When I
afterwards started another screen reader (JAWS), the display didn't
respond. To be able to run JAWS with the Alva BC640 again, I
had to enter the Windows Device manager and uninstall/remove the libusb driver. So
the driver JAWS uses for this display and the driver Narrator uses
(libusb), seems to be incompatible with each other.

Be warned.
