- Jessie is BRLTTY 5.5.2 (IIRC Jessie didn't have systemd, thus not
concerned by the bug indeed)
- Stretch is BRLTTY 5.4
- Buster is BRLTTY 5.6

This change is included in both Stretch and Buster.
