[BRLTTY] Updating on Android.

The latest apk makes it a lot easier to update. You can, of course, continue to
check the Android section ofbrltty's Download page, but, after you install the
latest version, there's a "better" way to do it.

All you'll need to do is to go to brltty's Actions screen and click on Update
Application. The latest apk will then be downloaded to your Android device and
checked. The actual upgrade will only occur if its version is newer. If it
isn't then you'll be given the reason (same version, downgrade not allowed,
etc) why. If it is then you'll be asked if you really do want to install it -
click on Install if you do. You'll then be told when the install &upgrade) is
finished, at which time you'll need to click on Done to clear that message.

In case you missed an earlier discussion on this list, you'll also get another
useful feature (that was added a few weeks ago). If you press routing key 7
(seven) when not on an input area then the list of that screen element's
accessibility actions will be presented. Depending on the current case, these
may include actions like:

   add to the home screen
   remove from the home screen
   move to a different location on the home screen
   uninsall the app
   go to the app's info screen

There may be others. These are just the ones that come immediately to mind.
