[BRLTTY] The Baum driver should *NOT* claim a TSI display!

The protocols= parameter has now been added to the Baum braille driver. It
accepts the values default, all, and native. The value default, which,
coincidentally, is the default, only probes for native protocols if a serial
connection is being used and for all protocols otherwise. Please test it out
and let me know how it works. Thanks.
