[BRLTTY] Status cells: Isn't there one too many cells?

Hi folks,

I have an Alva abt340. It has 3 hardware status cells. But brltty gives
choices for 4 cells. The 4th one is set to end. I set it to windows
indicator 2 cells, and the next time I went to the preferences menu it lists
choices for 5 cells, and so on; right now it lists choices for 7!

On my PAC Mate display when I turn status cells on I have it set to 3 status
cells but it lists choices for 4 of them. Since I have the separator set to
block on that display there shouldn't be a 4th status cell choice.

In addition, all choices are offered in the menu, even if they won't fit.
For example, if I'm looking at the last status cell I should, ideally, not
see choices for 2-cell indicators. I just set the last cell, 3 in this case,
to 2-cell window coordinates and I got a 1-cell indicator.

This is with build 4113.

HTH,
