[BRLTTY] SEIKA THDZ 40

Oh yes! I had it working earlier today under Windows. I, like you, am surprised that nothing happens on the display, since BRLTTY seems happy with it. The display just continues to show "THDZ 40" as if nothing is going on.

Rob,

Do the dots get retracted fully, showing that the display gets power? If
not, I wonder if maybe the braille part is bad although the communications
part responds properly. Have you ever had it working on any system? With my
PAC Mate display the dots all go down when power is applied (before brltty
kicks in).
