[BRLTTY] Need help remapping display

Thank you for your help!

I seem to be making progress, but only slowly. Brltty now loads the
right files without complaining. As a first test line, I have:
bind RoutingKey.38+RoutingKey.39 FWINRT

However, the command does not seem to be executed. Just in case it was
conflicting, I commented out:
bind RoutingKey+!RoutingKey COPYCHARS
...but still without success.

You can see a log of my last attempt starting at line 113 of the
attached log.
