[BRLTTY] specify a usb port with brltty.

Hi!
Is it possible to specify a usb port in the brltty.conf file on windows 7?
I am really struggling with my desktop with windows 7 64 bit os.
I can't even create a virtual serial port.
I must say i do hate windows for now!
