I ran some tests. Although I can move vertically with the navigation keys of a
Baum display in Firefox/Iceweasel, it takes me to different elements of the
user interface (menu bar, status bar, etc.) rather than navigating through the
body of the document. Horizontal navigation works properly.

As I remember, Orca's flat review feature, on which the braille navigation
depends, is intended for revision so that it can access more components of the
user interface. I had decided not to submit braille-related bug reports until
this was done.

I think Orca's braille support has plenty of scope for improvement.

My testing was carried out with Orca 3.3.91 and a Baum display, BRLTTY 4.3.
