[BRLTTY] Eclipse package prepared for Brltty Android compilation

Dear developers,
I have The dream. Making Eclipse package, which will be preconfigured so 
advanced users or developers would be able to compile whole Brltty for 
Android source in Windows with no need to use Linux.
It is not simple topic, since there are many various Android Java and 
native C Android applications, which can be only compiled while using 
Linux, because of scripts to compile .so libraries.
Unfortunately, even Linux subsystem for Windows 10 is not A solution, 
since there is no procedure for transferring data between Linux 
subsystem and WIndows file system. Sure, somebody can create virtualbox 
image.
With Orca preconfigured.
Doessomebody of us knows about Eclipse Windows package, which is 
preconfigured to help developers compiling C apps for Android from Windows?
It would help not only Brltty developers.
