[BRLTTY] Using Brltty for Android without speech - issue resolved!

VEry useful post. Thank you very much for this tip. Yes, build in 
Talkback gestures especially swiping from left to right and from right 
to left are very useful. Brltty for Android is very useful screen reader 
and I also love it very much. It is very kind from Dave and others, that 
they are developing so complex assystive technology in their spare time.
Very important aspect of using Brltty is, that unfortunately, thanks to 
necessary power management and CPU cycles, speech initialisation is 
relatively slow so when you would want to use system resource intensive 
Android app such as Create your own apps, you will get much faster 
responsiveness while using Braille device than if you will use Speech, 
even Espeak from Retzoc, which is very probably The fastest speech 
engines for Android will do not make any magic while working with 
Talkback and active speech engine. And also Shine Screen reader for 
blind will not do magic.
Only Braille device, which do not require so much CPU cycles to drive 
and it do not depend on build in power management of Android like build 
in sound chip, which Android kernel must fast enable or disable to save 
chip and battery.
Java API is slow, it would be better, if GOogle developers would use 
Native C code instead like Microsoft WIndows, which uses C++ dlls to 
communicate between speech engines and Windows speech applications, 
which are using Microsoft Speech API.
Dalvig machine will be always much more slower than compiled C app to 
machine code.
So Android 7.0 and newer is using some more clever approach.
