[BRLTTY] Speaking text when it appears on screen

Hi,

Is there already a way to ask BRLTTY to speak what apperas on screen as
soon as it appears? Imagine a program that just writes out lines, one
after the other, and you would like to hear them read alout by
the speech synthesis as soon as they appear, is there already a way with
BRLTTY to get this?
